Yes. We provide home delivery services to help get your gardening supplies to you quickly and easily. We deliver to within 25 kilometres of the Doonan Valley Garden Centre.

The cost of delivery depends on your location and the size of your order. For smaller items, delivery is generally more affordable, while larger or bulkier items like landscaping products or large plants may incur a higher fee. For a precise delivery quote, simply let us know in the contact form what you would like to order and include your postcode and we will send you the delivery fee. Alternatively call us on 5471 1590 for a price.

We offer several delivery options to cater to your needs: Standard Delivery – For most items, we provide a standard delivery service. Large or Bulk Orders – For large items such as trees, large pots, and heavy bags of soil or mulch, we offer specialised delivery. Contactless Delivery – If you prefer, we can leave your order in a safe spot at your location for contactless delivery.

We deliver to a range of areas outside the immediate local vicinity, though delivery fees may vary. Please provide your postcode in the contact form to confirm if we deliver to your area.

Delivery times can vary depending on your location and the size of your order. Generally, deliveries are processed within a few business days. We will provide you with an estimated delivery at time of ordering.

If there is no-one on site when we attempt delivery, there will be a re-delivery fee.

Yes, we do. If you would rather pick up your order in person, you can advise the operator you would like to pay and collect. Once your order is ready for pickup, you will receive a notification, and you can collect your items from our garden centre during operating hours.

Our small Fuso truck is 2.1m wide, perfect for narrow driveways and can carry 2.5m³ of heavy material such as sand, gravel, road base or rock and 3m³ of a lighter material such as mulch or soil. Our largest truck can take 8-9m³ of a heavy material such as sand, gravel or road base or up to 10m³ of soil and 25m³ of mulch.

Yes. We have a split truck that can take 2 materials at a time. It holds up to 2m³-2.5 m³ of sand, gravel, road base, soil or rock and 3-5m³ of a lighter material such as mulch.

When it is safe to do so our standard delivery of material is to your driveway. Any other request is at the discretion of the driver. Any damage and or vehicle recovery cost for these non standard deliveries is at the responsibility of the customer who organised the delivery.

We must be advised what access to your site is like so we can unload safely. This will determine which size truck we send. Please let us know when you are booking your delivery if there are any issues regarding access to your property including: steepness and width of your drive; limited space to turn around; and/or difficult road turn due to road speed limits or drive angle.
